+AL vs Piercing attacks,
+Health,
+7 Energy,
+10 AL (Holy damage receive is increased by 5)

which kind is better or necro pvp?

i usually got the +physical for body and legs thne scars for arm and feet

You don't find smite very often, so the +10 AL is pretty safe. +Health is always safe, but may not be effective. +AL vs Physical would only be really useful in certain situations, same with the +AL vs Peircing. +Energy is effective, but may not be safe (lowest AL and HP combinations).

So, without meaning to give useless advice, it's all up to your playstyle and what you're doing or fighting.

The +10AL is pretty good, but don't wear a full suit of it. Better to take it only on the chest and legs with +health or +energy for the hands and feet. That way you get the armor where it's most needed without making yourself too vulnerable to holy.

(Sure, holy damage isn't that common, but taking an extra 20 damage per tick of Balthazar's Aura would really hurt.)

You will if you play Hero's Ascent right now.

For balanced, +10AL is best for chest and legs with scars for hands and feet. Dual smite will have a bit of advantage against you though. For spike groups, scars are the best choice.

Personally, I usually just go with scars.

bloodstained boot is pretty much a must have for death magic necro.
